Immerse yourself in a soul-nourishing adventure on our expansive 93-acre farm in Culleoka, TN. Our carefully curated program, guided by experts, promises to lead you into a state of peace, self-awareness, and clarity. For those ready to commit, anticipate a fulfilling itinerary featuring Yoga, Hiking, Medicine Wheel Ritual, Campfire Council, Meditation, Embodiment Practices, Structured Journaling, Equine Therapy, Sound Healing, and more! As part of the retreat, enjoy a 30-minute group intention building zoom session before, and a group integration zoom session after, ensuring you extract the utmost from your experience.
